Quickly and easily make one of the most popular breakfast or brunch treats - gourmet style. Our mix makes the most delicious dipping batter for your bread: simply add an egg and milk, mix, and then dip your bread just before frying or grilling. Serve warm with maple syrup, fruit syrups, vanilla sauce or powdered sugar. For a hearty meal, serve alongside baked ham, eggs or sausage.

You can also use this mix to coat freshly cut fruits of the season, such as apples, pears or peaches. Simply prepare the mix as instructed. Cut the fruit into slices, dip into the prepared mix and then fry or grill. Serve warm as a dessert or an accompaniment to a hearty meal.

This mix can be used as dipping batter for about 16 large bread slices.
