So many of you have called us asking for a traditional American pie crust mix - well, here you are! This mix only calls for the addition of butter and water. Once kneaded and rolled out, you have enough to make a top and bottom layer for pies, tarts, and turn-overs of all kinds, such as apple, blueberry, peach, pear, plum or the famous pumpkin or sweet potato pie, and, pecan, merangue, neapolitan, key lime and pudding pies. Of course, you can also use this crust as the base for cheesecakes, pot pies and calzones. This mix makes TWO pie crusts.
