Our recipes uses the traditional method for this classic Tex-Mex relish, by using chopped sweet tomatos, onions, hot jalapeno peppers, and other spicy ingredients. The heat of the peppers is offset by the sweeter vegetables, making this salsa addictive when enjoyed with tortilla chips, tacos and taco dip. �

Try it as a creamier dip by mixing with cream cheese or sour cream - delicious for dipping potato chips and vegetables. For a warm sauce, add to melted cheddar cheese and drizzle over tortillas or french fries.
