Our Cranberry Muffin and Scone Mix is not only delicious, it's easy-to-make and already contains real native American cranberries. Our mix contains no additives or preservations. Makes 12 muffins or scones, or 1 cake.

To make Cranberry Nut Bread with our mix, simply add chopped nuts (such as walnuts) to the mixture prior to baking. Pour mixture in a lightly greased bread pan and bake as directed. Once baked, remove from the pan and cool. Cover lightly with a sugar or maple glaze. Sprinkle more chopped nuts, if desired. Delicious!
