Guaranteed Delivery
All of our packages are guaranteed delivered and are automatically insured against damage, regardless of the destination in Europe. Please telephone us immediately if you have any questions or problems with the delivery or condition of your order.
Gift Orders
If you are ordering a gift to be delivered to an address other than your own, we will automatically send a purchase receipt to the billing address specified. If you have any questions about how to place a gift order online, please do not hesitate to email or call us. We are pleased to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
Delivery within GERMANY
Orders for addresses within Germany are generally delivered within 2-4 business days from the receipt of your order. We receive volume discounts for shipping and we pass this on to our customers by offering a flat fee. Our shipping fee is only € 6.00 -- regardless of weight or quantities purchased -- for delivery within Germany.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY Services within Germany
If you would like guaranteed delivery within 1 day of the receipt of your order, please submit your order by 15:00 CET. Special delivery charges apply and are based on weight. Please contact us for specific pricing information.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF GERMANY:
Delivery to other EUROPEAN UNION countries
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country. Generally, delivery can take place within 3-10 business days from the time your order is placed with us. We receive volume discounts for deliveries to other EU countries. We pass this discount along to our customers by offering specially discounted shipping rates. The shipping rates are dependent upon the destination country. The rate is calculated in your order form accordingly when the destination country is selected and your product selection is complete.
Delivery to European countries outside the European Union
Generally, delivery can take place within 3-10 business days from the time your order is placed with us. We receive volume discounts for deliveries to these two countries. We pass this discount along to our customers by offering specially discounted shipping rates. The rate is calculated in your order form accordingly when you select the destination country as Switzerland or Norway, as well as the products to be shipped. Depending on the order and its size, import duties may be applied to the package by the destination country's customs authorities. The destination country's postal delivery service will determine this upon receipt of the package and inform the addressee of any import duties.
Understanding shipping rates to addresses other than in Germany
Even though our shopping cart saves you from having to calculate the shipping fee yourself, here are some tips at understanding how they are calculated: shipping rates to other EU countries and Switzerland include various country-specific base fees plus a per kilo fee. This explains why lighter weight packages may appear disproportionately more expensive per kilo than heavier orders, or, why doubling the weight of your package does not necessarily double your shipping fee.

Additional Delivery Information
Our delivery company will attempt to deliver the package in accordance to the timeframe mentioned above for the respective countries. Should the customer not be able to be reached tha that time a note will be left as to where the package can be claimed during the following 5 business days. Should the package not be claimed during the time and at the location specified it will be retuned to us. Should this occur we will attempt to contact the customer. Should the customer want us to reatempt a delivery the shipping costs will be applied again. Should the customer no longer desire the goods a refund will be given less the shipping charges an a restocking fee of Euro 6,-.
I case that the delivery address given with your order is incorrect or insufficient for our delivery company to deliver the package to you (i.e. a c/o or Company or Department name missing) and the package is subsequently returns the package to us, we will contact the customer for address clarification. Should the undeliverability of the package be caused due to the fact that the customer did not provide the full address required to deliver the package we will charge the customer for the second delivery attempt. Should the non delivery be caused by an error form us or our delivery company we will resend the package immediately
Returns:
Please contact us prior to returning or exchanging any items to receive an Authorization Code. We can not accept unauthorized returns.
Other:
All prices are in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax. Purchases are billed in Euros. Payment can take place prior to delivery. Prices can change without notice: if a price changes to an amount other than what you ordered, we will inform you of this change prior to processing your order. All products remain the property of Hunter & Hilsberg GmbH until full payment is received and all terms are met. Jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, and any legal proceedings or disputes will take place in Berlin, Germany.
Terms for Special Offers:
The current special offers expire 31. January 2006, or until supplies last. Code numbers must be provided with the order to be valid. Order values calculated for qualification are for delivery to one address only per order, do not include shipping costs, are only calculated against in-stock items, and are for immediate delivery. Special offers and programs can be cancelled or changed at any time without notice.
