Our mix can be made to serve as a bread or as a muffin and enjoyed plain and serve with soup or dip it in gravy; or, butter it up and serve with just about any meal you can think of. Don't be fooled - Yankees in the north enjoy corn bread muffins, too, especially when dipped in maple syrup. Our mix can also be used as a base for cornbread stuffing, which is a favorite at traditional "Thanksgiving" and Christmas meals. Special recipes accompany the mix.
