What You’ll Do -

🍓 Master the Art & Science of Jam:

Learn every step of our process, from prepping fruit to perfecting recipes and packaging.

🍓 Work With the Best:

Collaborate with true foodies in a commercial kitchen focused on quality and tradition.

🍓 Keep It Clean & Organized:

Help maintain a spotless, efficient workspace.

🍓 Grow Every Day:

Take on new challenges, learn new skills, and help us push the boundaries of what great preserves can be.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR —

If you are:

• Reliable and always on time

• Team-oriented and positive

• Detail-obsessed and organized

• Able to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly

• Stand for long periods

• Clean and food-safety-focused

• Eager to learn and grow

BONUS POINTS if you have experience in farming, food production, canning, cooking, baking, quality assurance, restaurant management, cleanroom laboratories or manufacturing—but it’s not required!

DETAILS —

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

9 am – 6 pm

Location: Homer, NY

Must be 18+ years old

Compensation:

Competitive pay ($18 - 25 / hour)

Start pay during apprenticing period: $18/hr.

Pay increases are then based on performance, length of time with the company up to $25/hr.
