We invite all amateur jelly makers and bakers in New York State to participate in these exciting competitions and showcase their talents. The competitions offer a platform to celebrate the culinary arts and to share the joy of creating home-made goods. Read on to learn more about the competitions and entering to win!
Jam and Jelly Competitions
Whether you're a seasoned jam-maker or a newcomer to the world of jellies, this is your chance to shine and compete for the coveted blue ribbon (and awards valued up to $100). Entries are exclusive to amateur cooks in NYS, providing a showcase of self-taught skills for creating delectable preserves, jellies and jams.
Cake Baking Competition: Just Add Jam
The Cakes Made with Jams, Jellies and Preserves competition celebrates the versatility and artistry of baking. Contestants can “spread” their creativity by incorporating any one of our jams, jellies, and preserves as fillings, toppings, decorations, flavorings, or ingredients in their home-made cake creations.
