Standard Delivery within the USA
Orders for addresses within the USA are generally delivered within 4-9 business days from the receipt of your order, depending on the destination. We receive volume discounts for shipping and we pass this on to our customers. Our shipping fees are calculated during the check-out and displayed to you prior to completion of your order.
Overview of Standard Shipping Rates
Once your order is placed, you will be given the option to ship via “Standard Shipping” or “UPS Ground.” The rates for each of these methods available to your address will be shown and you may select your preference.
Standard shipping and UPS Ground shipping rates are based on weight that is calculated for you at check-out. If you are placing a large order, or need faster delivery such as for a special event, please feel welcome to contact us to inquire about alternate shipping methods that may be faster or more cost effective.
Guaranteed Delivery
All of our packages are guaranteed delivered and are automatically insured against damage, regardless of the destination in the United States of America (USA). Please save your packaging and telephone us immediately if you have any questions or problems with the delivery or condition of your order.
Gift Orders
If you are ordering a gift to be delivered to an address other than your own, we will automatically send a purchase receipt to the Email address that you specify with your order. If you have any questions about how to place a gift order online, please do not hesitate to email or call us. We are pleased to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY Services within the USA
For next day air, please call or email us at: customerservice.us @ hunterhilsberg.com and we will gladly advise you of the availability and cost for the destination you provide. Special delivery charges apply and are based on weight.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE of the USA:
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country. Generally, delivery can take place within 5-14 business days from the time your order is placed with us. We receive volume discounts for deliveries to other countries. We pass this discount along to our customers by offering specially discounted shipping rates. The shipping rates are dependent upon the destination country. The rate is calculated in your order form accordingly when the destination country is selected and your product selection is complete.
Additional Delivery Information
The delivery service selected will attempt to deliver the package in accordance to the timeframe mentioned above. Should there be difficulties leaving the package at the delivery address, a note will be left at the address indicating where the package can be claimed during the following 5 business days.
Should the package not be claimed during that time, or it is refused by the recipient, it will be returned to us. If the package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact the customer. Should the customer request us to re-attempt delivery, the shipping costs will be applied a second time. Should the customer not make contact with us or indicate they no longer desire their order, a credit will be applied to the customer account (or mode of payment) for the value of the items returned in good order, less the shipping charges and a restocking fee of $ 5.00 (five-dollars).
Address Errors or Omissions
If our company has made an error or omission when providing the delivery information to the shipper, or if the shipper has created the error, we will resend the package immediately at no additional cost to the customer. On the chance that the delivery address given by the customer when placing the order is incorrect (or insufficient) for our shipping company to deliver the package (for example: an incomplete street address, or insufficient company name) and the package is subsequently returned to us, we will contact the customer for address clarification. If the customer has provided us with the incorrect or insufficient address, please be advised that we may charge the customer for the second delivery attempt.
Returns
Because we primarily sell food products, we cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us prior to returning or exchanging any items to receive an Authorization Code, additional information, and the appropriate return address. We cannot accept returned packages without an authorization code.
