Refund policy
Returns
Because our products are food items, they may not be returned unless you received an incorrect or faulty item. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package. We will work with you to determine if the item should be returned or if it may be kept at no cost. We may ask for a photo of the item you received that was faulty. All items must receive pre-approval from us to be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your item arrived damaged or you did not receive an item ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package. If there is damage, please be sure to take a photo of any damage to the item and the exterior and/or interior of your package.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package and we will work with you to determine if the item needs to be returned/exchanged or simply refunded or replaced.
Gifts
The same guidelines apply to gift orders. We will work with the buyer and the gift recipient to determine the proper way to correct any fulfillment errors or damaged items using the above guidelines.
Shipping
If you have received approval to return items, you may be required to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the trackable service with insurance should help cover any losses.
